Pay-As-You-Go memberships are best suited for vendors who are just getting started and want flexibility with reservation times. With this membership, you’ll receive a login to our scheduling website for booking workstations during times that are convenient for you (subject to availability). The reservation costs vary for peak and non-peak hours, and you can use any shift blocks that work you. Want to work mornings one week, skip an entire week, and then work graveyard shift the next? No problem. You are even able to book last minute as space allows. Pricing for the Pay-As-You-Go plan is as follows:
PEAK-HOURS: Morning Shift: $100
Any 9 hours shift that begins between 5AM - 12PM and runs for 9 hours. Shift time examples: 5AM-2PM, 10AM-7PM.
PEAK-HOURS: Afternoon/Evening Shift: $80
Any 9 hours shift that begins between 12PM - 8PM) and runs for 9 hours. Shift time examples: 12PM - 9PM, 5PM-2AM.
OFF-PEAK HOURS: Graveyard Shift: $60
Any 6 hours shift that begins between 9PM - 4AM).
Note that all actual cooking (stovetop and oven use) must be complete by 5AM for our morning clients. Shift time examples: 9PM-3AM, 1AM-7AM.
Note that this plan has a $500 monthly minimum charge for all workstation reservations, and shelving is sold separately.
