We recently had the opportunity to check out Seattle Commissary Kitchen along Marginal Way to see their share-use kitchen space! (We also got a peek at some of the yummy food their members are making!)
Their Marginal Way location has 4 convection ovens, a 40-quart mixer, stainless steel prep tables, 2 dishwashing stations, community shared equipment, pots, pans, carts and even storage just to name some of the tools and facilities they provide!
Seattle Commissary Kitchen is a membership-based, shared-use commissary kitchen with multiple locations serving the Seattle area. Family owned and operated, they are home to over 40 local food producers, including farmer’s market vendors, wholesalers, food trucks, catering companies, and more!
